    Specification

GenWare products are manufactured to provide the robustness and durability required for maximum performance in the hospitality and foodservice industry. We recommend for all of our products that are intended to come into contact with foodstuffs to remove any labels or packaging and to wash, rinse and dry before first use.

    Product Care:

Due to the nature of this product, the outer porcelain layer can chip over time. When this happens the steel below naturally oxidises and the enamelware remains safe to use. To prolong the life of enamelware we recommend the following:

Wash before first use. Before use, use a light coating of cooking oil to protect the enamelware from staining and makes the washing easier.

After use, soak the product in warm or hot water and gently wash with a liquid detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaning pads or gritty soap powders, as this may lead to chips.

Do not place empty enamelware or allow to boil dry on a hotplate or gas hob.
