We recommend for all of our products that are intended to come into contact with foodstuffs to remove any labels or packaging and to wash, rinse and dry before first use.

    Product Care:

    Polyethylene is used to produce our high and low density chopping boards. High density PE is tougher than low density and will keep a better, usable surface for longer, as it is more resistant to cutting.

    PE is not dishwasher safe as this may cause the product to warp. It has a safe temperature range from -40 to 95C approximately.
