Product Care:

In order to maintain the non-stick coating, metal or abrasive articles should not be used in, or to clean the product. We recommend the use of heat resistant plastic utensils. The product is oven safe to 240C/ 475F/ Gas mark 9. Overheating the product may cause damage to the non-stick surface.

Professional non-stick bakeware is fridge, freezer and dishwasher safe.
