Warranty Repairs
Our standard warranty offered on Hendi products is 1 year inclusive of parts and labour. This applies to all appliances (GB Mainland only) unless otherwise stated. Before arranging a repair, we recommend reading the user manuals and troubleshooting guides available here. Most faults are often resolvable onsite without the need for the product to leave the premises. Once we have received your completed form, we will review the details. If deemed appropriate we will contact our warranty repair partner, Airedale, who will then contact you directly to book in a repair visit.
If Airedale attend the site address and on inspection of the item there is no fault found, then any charges incurred for this visit would be charged to the distributor.

Out of Warranty Repairs
If the warranty on your appliance has expired, we can quote you for a repair, simply submit a completed Repair Request Form below. A full briefing of the work required will be given prior to the repair being processed, completed and returned.
